Just a quick heads-up regarding our schedule for the upcoming long weekend. Please note that the studio will be under a scheduled lockdown for the public holiday.

Monday: No Classes
We will resume our regular training schedule on Tuesday.
Need to hit your weekly goal?
Don't let the long weekend stall your progress! If you usually train on Saturdays or Mondays, you are more than welcome to add a makeup class during the week.
Feel free to jump into any of our other scheduled sessions to ensure you get your mat time in.
