While the structured class environment is paused, your personal training doesn't have to be! A break is actually a perfect time to solidify your foundation and focus on personal refinement.
Here are a few ways to keep the FMA spirit alive and progressing over the holidays:
1. Focus on Footwork (The Engine): Footwork is the most crucial, yet often overlooked, component. Spend 10-15 minutes a day just moving. Practice your triangles, boxes, and lateral steps slowly and precisely. Focus on maintaining a stable, balanced base.
