* ​Register Early: Make sure your registration is submitted via the website to ensure your belt and certificate are ready for the big day.

* ​Final Polish: Focus on your "Defend, Defuse, Detect" principles and your specific syllabus requirements this week in class.

We have a very special reason to celebrate next week!

This coming Monday, it is Shane’s birthday. To mark the occasion and fill the mats with high energy, we are hosting a "Bring a Friend for Free" day for all sessions on Monday.

Whether it’s a workout buddy, a family member, or someone who has been curious about Filipino Martial Arts, we’d love to see some new faces in the gym to help us celebrate.

A few things to remember:

• The Surprise: Please keep this under wraps! We want the extra energy, and the birthday wishes to be a total surprise for him when he walks in, so don't let him know I sent this email.
